Chativa Pro is a self-hosted software product. When you deploy Chativa Pro on your own server, all data stays on your infrastructure. Chativa Pro (the software vendor) does not collect, store, or process any messages, files, or user data generated by your deployment.

• Purchase information — when you buy the Pro license via Gumroad, Gumroad processes your payment. We receive your email address to deliver the license key.
• Support emails — if you contact support@chativa.pro, we store your email and message to respond to your request.
• Website analytics — this website (chativa.pro) may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand traffic. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.

3. Your Deployment Data

When you self-host Chativa Pro, you are the data controller for all data processed by your instance. Your users' messages, files, and account information are stored exclusively on your server. We have no access to this data.
