2. License — Free Edition

The Chativa Pro Free Edition is released under an open-source license. You may use it for personal and internal non-commercial purposes at no cost. The Free Edition may not be used for commercial purposes, resold, or white-labeled without a Pro license.

3. License — Pro Edition

The Pro license grants you a lifetime, non-exclusive license to:

• Deploy Chativa Pro on unlimited servers for commercial use
• White-label the software with your own branding
• Resell or deploy Chativa Pro for your clients
• Receive all future Pro updates at no additional cost

The Pro license is granted to a single legal entity or individual. It may not be transferred or sublicensed without written consent.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute the Pro source code or compiled binaries as a standalone product
• Remove copyright notices from the Software
• Use the Software for illegal activities
• Reverse-engineer the Software beyond what is permitted by applicable law

5. Money-Back Guarantee

Pro license purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact support@chativa.pro within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chativa Pro's liability for any claim arising from use of the Software is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
